Athletic Background

Founder & Lead Performance Specialist
Doctor of Physical Therapy Student

I grew up playing a wide variety of sports, but my dream was always to play college football. I was not the biggest, fastest, or most naturally gifted athlete, but through discipline, consistency, and hard work, I was blessed with the opportunity to play college  football at The Citadel.

Through years of training, perseverance, and remaining faithful to the plan God has for my life, I discovered my passion to help others through their unique journey. These lessons now shape how I coach athletes and establish the foundation of Cornerstone Performance.

Education
  • Graduated from the Citadel in three years  with an bachelors degree in Exercise Science in 2022.

  • Obtained an MBA from the Citadel in 2024.

  • Upcoming graduation from the Anderson DPT program in December, 2026
