Step 3: Program Implementation
When you begin your program, we schedule check-ins depending on your needs. We will review your progress and how the training has treated you both mentally and physically. This allows us to keep the program realistic, effective, and adjusted to your life.

Step 2: Identify training block needs and receive program
Receive your periodized program designed around your team's schedule and discuss implementation logistics.
Step 3: Weekly Check-Ins
Each week we will review the teams progress and response to training. We will discuss soreness levels, performance, scheduling, periodization and any questions you have. This allows us to tailor programming to help your team optimize their training schedule and compete at an elite level.
