"Michael worked with our collegiate women’s team in our off-season and we saw tremendous improvement through his programming. He was able to cater to both our players who needed an understanding of fundamentals, and those who had extensive Strength and Conditioning experience. He not only tended to us in the weight room, but also gave us guidance on fitness and conditioning sessions; leading to an improvement of score for each players recorded fitness test. He is attentive, communicative, and very punctual. What my players enjoyed most about cornerstone performance, was that Michael was able to maintain intensity and toughness, while also seeming relatable and understanding."
